🏢 A senior in-house role — leading people, learning & wellbeing strategy at scale💼 An advisory engagement — fractional, project-based, or retainer
I started my career understanding people — at Korn/Ferry in Athens, assessing leaders and profiling talent. That curiosity never left.
What followed was two decades of building: relationships, commercial operations, and eventually the people programmes that make organisations work better for everyone in them. Today that work lives at IDC — 2,500 employees, 110+ countries — where I drive people enablement across learning, wellbeing, and talent & engagement. The pivot to L&D and employee experience wasn't a change of direction. It was a homecoming.
What makes my background unusual is the bridge between the commercial and the human. I can read a P&L and design a curriculum. I can work at board level and at human level. I bring the same rigour to a learning needs analysis as I do to a business case — because people deserve both.
I have embraced AI as a meaningful part of my professional practice — not as a shortcut, but as a way of thinking more rigorously and designing more thoughtfully. This website was built in collaboration with Claude. I consider that worth mentioning — because it reflects, more than anything else I could write here, how I actually work.
A volunteer-led initiative focused on environmental protection and community action. Because taking care of people and taking care of the planet are expressions of the same thing.
One of Greece's largest organisations dedicated to the protection of children's rights — supporting children and families in situations of abandonment, poverty, and crisis.
A moment from the field that stayed with me.
My first day volunteering with The Smile of the Child, a young girl had locked herself in a bathroom — overwhelmed, unreachable. Nobody had prepared me for that moment. I didn't know what to do.
I went back the next week anyway.
That taught me something I carry into every room I work in: that showing up consistently, even without answers, is sometimes the most powerful thing you can offer. It is not so different from what the best people programmes do.
These are the four areas where I work — whether embedded in your organisation or engaged as an advisory partner.
C-level technology forums across Greece, Cyprus, and the CEE region — designed, hosted, and facilitated for an executive audience of CIOs, business leaders, and technology decision-makers.
I work with AI tools — Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot — as part of my daily professional practice: in learning design, scenario planning, workshop preparation, and thinking through organisational challenges. For those of us in talent, learning, and employee experience, staying at the edge of that learning curve is not optional — it is the work.
Researched, structured, and built in collaboration with Claude — a reflection of how I work and who I am becoming professionally.
These are not just assessments. They are mirrors I return to often — to check my blind spots, understand my defaults, and stay honest about where I lead from and where I grow.
